After COVID-19, I can’t spend it in the same noisy atmosphere as before, but I will leave my regret behind and introduce delicious New Year’s food with the hope that I will be healthy and safe this year.

The ingredients you need are 600g of meat, 2 green onions, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, a little pepper and 4 eggs.
1. I need to get rid of the meat blood first. Put it on a kitchen towel and press it down. Then, cut it into bite-size pieces. The important thing here is not to slice it too thin. It has to be thick enough to chew.

1. Rinse the meat and put it in cold water for about an hour to remove blood and impurities.
2. Boil water, add pork ribs, blanch them for about 5 minutes, and remove them. Cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Put the onion in the pot and put it in the pot and add the thick soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and minced garlic.
4. Mix the seasoning evenly and put it in the pork ribs.
